Pro-To-Call Cleaning Services

* Materials are not included in any discount / sale or promotion. 

* Scheduling is based on weather and type of job. Our quality of service is our priority.

* If an outside job is scheduled it will be completed on the basis that it does not rain for 3 days 

per every 1 day of work outside. 

* If the weather is cold, wet or too humid, exterior work will be postponed until weather has improved

* For materials the customer has a choice of having a credit line opened with the home improvement store, or to make a 20% deposit written to our company or owners. ( Deposits are Non-Refundable)

* If you write a check with insufficient funds / closed account / bad check / etc, we will charge you the amount to cover the fees incurred to our account. Most NSF fees range between $30.00 and $40.00. If materials have been purchased before we were notified A check did not clear, and the materials are non refundable, then you will need to repay the amount to Pro-To-Call to cover the materials. ( EX: You write a deposit check for $1000.00. We purchase the materials, that are non refundable. Then the check bounces, since we already paid for the materials, you would need pay Pro-To-Call the amount of $1000.00 again to repay us for the materials as well as the NSF fee amount.  If a check is not good, then we have the right to only accept a cash payment. 

* Though this has not happened, If there are any reason(s) that the customer decides not to have the work done with our company not directly caused by our quality of service, and a deposit has already been paid to our company, the customer may not be entitled to a refund. ( IE: found a cheaper company, etc )

* With our quality of materials we use and the quality of service we provide, most of our jobs we complete last between 2-5 years. 

* If any reason you are not satisfied with our quality of work, we will come back and fix any mistakes made by our company ( Example: We miss a spot painting, pressure washing, cleaning) within a reasonable time frame.

* If the customer is not satisfied with our work because of them not liking their choice ( Example: You decide you do not like the color of paint or stain, or decide you do not like the style, ETC) You will be charge an additional fee/price for each room, wall, etc we will have to redo. 

* Pro-To-Call has the right to re charge for any service that we have to repeat. For example, if we clean a room, and the next day we have to re-clean the same room because of reasons not affiliated with Pro-To-Call , then we have the right to and can re charge to the amount of the room/item re cleaned in the same amount on the original invoice / estimate. 

* We are not responsible for any damages caused on customer's property by our company or employees during us working, unless previous arrangements and/or limited liability insurance is in place prior to us beginning the job. 

* Having us begin a job means you agree with these terms / policies listed above.
